Terms of Use

If you are unsatisfied with your OnlySweet™ online purchase for any reason, simply return it to us and we will refund the product price in full. You will be responsible for returning the product to the address provided to you by your customer service representative. (We are sorry, but we cannot refund the cost of shipping or handling on the original order.) Any product returned for credit must contain 80% of the initial contents. If you wish to receive a refund, please call 972-377-2339 within 3 days of receipt of your order. A claim number will be assigned, and once the product has been returned your account will be credited for the cost of the product. This policy only applies to individual customers and not retail establishments.
Damaged or packages not received
The company will ship your order via UPS ground within 3 days of your order being placed. Depending on your shipping address you will receive your product with 3-5 days. The maximum time it should take for your order to arrive is 10 days. If you have received a damaged package (defined as the contents inside the box being damaged) or the package never arrives, contact: Customer Service at 972-377-2339. A claim number will be assigned and upon investigation by UPS confirming your claim; the company will reship your order free of any additional charges including shipping and handling.
